ED Profiler (V1.0)

ED Profiler (V1.0) is an in silico tool that could be used to predict the potential disrupting effects of anthropogenic contaminants on biomacromolecules in endocrine system, especially the nonreceptor mediated targets. To date, ED Profiler contained the predictive models forhuman transthyretin (hTTR), human sex hormone-binding globulin (hSHBG), human sodium iodide symporter (hNIS), fish estrogen receptor (fishER), fish sex hormone-binding globulin (fishSHBG), human estrogen receptor (hER), human pregnane X receptor (hPXR).
